Details:

There is a <sched.h> system header that got shadowed by Screen's "sched.h".
While Screen itself doesn't include <sched.h>, other system headers might
include it indirectly. For example building for a system that uses uClibc with
pthread support will pick up the wrong sched.h, which results in a compile
error.

Attached is a patch to rename "sched.h" to "eventqueue.h".
