Follow-up Comment #28, task #15078 (project administration):

In the copyright line in locale/cs/symols.dic, years are missing.

In src/api/python/speechd_config/spd-conf.1, license notice should be more
specific about the version, i.e. "...v2 or (at your option) any later
version..."; some man pages have two license and two copyright statements, it
would be better to leave just one set.

src/modules/festival_client.{c,h} have no valid copyright line.

Many tests are in text form, copyright and license notices should be embedded
in them. README is only a fallback for formats that don't allow comments.

Likewise files in config/modules like config/modules/ivona.conf; please look
into other files as well, I didn't run a complete check.
