Follow-up Comment #2, task #15022 (project administration):
Sorry about that, I have corrected that for all of the files except for the
.proof and .answers files because they are simply sha256sum files and are
automatically generated and exist solely for enabling others to verify that
the build and tests are reproducible.

Well as for why mescc-tools is separate from stage0 and Mes: mescc-tools
relationship to Mes is very much like the relationship between binutils and
gcc. stage0 is platform specific software bootstraps and mescc-tools is for
cross-platform bootstrap verification and platform neutral tools.
