==== Description: ====
The major part of cp-tools is the Python implementation of an algorithm that
estimates and predicts heat capacity (cp) of a crystalline material, which is
intended to be useful for the material science community especially for the
CALPHAD (Calculation of Phase Diagrams) people. The predicting algorithm is
part of my PhD thesis and will be published soon.
In addition, several scripts are provided that helps to extract necessary
parameters from experimental data.
Therefore, the project aims not only to provide an implementation of the
mentioned algorithm but also to support free software for the scientific
community, especially if its development received public funding.
==== Other Software Required: ====
1) SciPy + BSD + www.scipy.org
2) NumPy + BSD + www.numpy.org
3) gmpy2 + GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 +
