Files like html/Access.html~ look like backup copies; could you remove
non-relevant files, it would make review easier.
Many files have no valid license and copyright notices
<https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/ValidNotices/>, this should be fixed;
some files in html/ have incorrect notices like "Copyright (C) years holder,
years holder...". the correct form has a line with "Copyright (C)" per holder.
