Hello,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU savannah.

I do not see any source-code files in the archive you've provided (except
makefiles and other autotools-related files).
Savannah is primarily a source-code hosting platform, and it does not have the
resources to host projects without real source code.

If you have written code for this project, please provide it in the archive.
If not, and this project is still in design phase, the submission will be
closed, and you'll b able to re-submit once you have code.

As a side note,
you might be interested in looking into GNU's gnulib project (
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnulib/ ) which aims to provide similar
compatibility over different unix environments.
