Hello Ethan,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

The files in your attached tarball look fine (regarding copyright and
license), just a quick question:
The license you're using in the project is LGPL 2.1 with "or later" clause.
The latest LGPL is version 3.
Do you purposely want to use an older version (there are sometimes good
reasons to do so) ?
