Hello David,

Please start with a new project registration.
It has been 3 years since this entry was created, and I'm certain some
information has been updated (for example, the IP of the demo servers you've
listed).

One more thing to note:
In your original submission you've expressed interest in making this project
an official GNU project.

Project submission for official GNU projects is not done through GNU Savannah,
but instead described here:
  http://www.gnu.org/help/evaluation.html
If you submit a new project through GNU Savannah, which you are very welcomed
to do, it will be marked as a Non-GNU project.
