Hi Alexey!

Sorry for the delay, we need more volunteers.

You have provided link [1] to source code tree with several subdirectories. I
have only evaluated "network-tests" subdirectory, because it seems that you
want host only this subproject here. Hope that's what you have intended.

I have noticed several problems with your source code:

- Following files lack copyright notice and licensing header:
src/core/line_dynamic_array.cpp, src/core/line_dynamic_array.h,
src/java/network_viewer/build.xml, src/java/network_viewer/Makefile,
src/network_test/print_from_to.cpp, src/network_test/test_noise_common.h

- I've also noticed that Doxyfile lacks copyright notice, however, it looks
like automatically generated file. If that's the case, then it doesn't need
such a notice.

After you will fix these problems, your project will be accepted.
