thanks for submitting your project to Savannah! I evaluated your submission.

You do not include copyright and license notices in all files. Please add them
there they are missing (also the html and js files). Additionally, all
existing copyright notices are invalid. Please add the year(s) in this form:

Copyright (C) year1, year2, year3 copyright-holder

I strongly recommend to format the license notices in the JS files according
to this page: https://www.gnu.org/software/librejs/free-your-javascript.html
This makes sure that LibreJS allows your source files to be run.

You can do this with the jQuery and Bootstrap source files as well. It's free
software, isn't it?

And finally, even the image files need copyright and license notices. You can
either add them as text attachments, or in a README file in the same
directory.

Please do the changes described above and attach a new tarball at the bottom
of the task page <https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?12740#attached>.
