Hello!

Thank you for your submission, there are few problems with it:

1. There's no COPYING file which should contain full text of GPL license, you
can find it here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt

2. There are no licensing headers in source files, please read
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html Every non-derived file (longer than
10 lines) should contain copyright notice and licensing header. If you aren't
author of files without licensing header you have two options:
  - Delete these files
  - Request files with valid licensing header from author

3. Does your program program deliver its full functionality under any free (as
in freedom) operating system? In tarball I haven't found build script for free
operating system but there's one for Windows. We only accept projects that run
primarily on free operating systems, please read

After you fix these problems your project will be accepted.
