Sorry for delay in processing your submission. There's problem with your
tarball. Following files lacks proper copyright and licensing notices:

arduino-sources/core/binary.h
arduino-sources/core/Client.h
arduino-sources/core/IPAddress.cpp
arduino-sources/core/main.cpp
arduino-sources/core/new.cpp
arduino-sources/core/new.h
arduino-sources/core/Platform.h
arduino-sources/core/Server.h
arduino-sources/core/USBAPI.h

This makes unclear who is copyright holder and what license is used for these
files. If you are author of these files, add license header. Please read
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

There are two possible solutions if you aren't author of these files:
1. Contact authors and get updated files with copyright notices,
or:
2. Delete these files.

After you fix these projects and upload new tarball your project will be
accepted.
