Hi Vafa -- I appreciate your wanting to use Savannah, but we cannot accept
LPPL or OFL projects here, since those licenses are incompatible with the
GPL.
For another freedom-respecting hosting site which will accept LPPL and OFL, I
suggest http://puszcza.gnu.org.ua (run by a long-time GNU developer). I have
set up several TeX projects there myself.
