Hi Mathias - I approved the project.  You should be able to set up the mailing
list, etc., in an hour or so.  Please submit a request via the "Get Support"
link if problems.

P.S. Savannah admins: Dragora is on the GNU free-distros list, so it seemed
fine to me for Savannah to host the mailing lists/etc. that Mathias needs.
