==== Description: ====
docoll (DOcument COLLation) synchronises files from client computers to a
server where it copies files with configured extensions into a collation which
is text searchable via a web browser.  Files may be downloaded or opened
according to the web browser settings.

Duplicate files are added to the collation by hard links, preserving lower
parts client path in case it they informative.  The mtime is set to the
earliest of the duplicates.

docoll logs extensively to help sysadmins and developers.

Programming languages: bash, ruby and one .cmd

Components: cwrsync, PostgreSQL, rsync, Xapian (core and Omega), web server
