GNU Savannah task #11257: "Submission of beastlands".

Hi.

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in GNU Savannah.
You can reach the rest Savannah hackers (Staff) in this list:

I noticed some issues with the tarball you submited:

The licensing is inconsistent, files include a GNU GPL 2+ license
notice but a copy of this license is missing in the tarball.  COPYING
contains a GNU LGPL 2.1+ license notice (A copy of this license is
missing as well) and a permissive license notice, not even the
"License" field is clear.

Please register your project once more.  Make sure you provide
consistent information and met the good practices regarding whatever
license you're going to use so you only have to re-register once and
we can focus our effort in other tasks as well.  In the case of GNU
licenses you can find more information in:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.
