I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in GNU Savannah.

I noticed some issues with the tarball you submited:

Your project is not part of the GNU project (At least, I can't find it
in the GNU packages listing in fencepost), so we cannot accept its
current type.  We want to maintain the distinction between 'GNU' and
'non-GNU' projects.

You added the license notices for python files, but did not add
appropriate copyright notices.  INSTALL features a nonstandard and
contradictory license header/warranty disclaimer, please use the
default one if possible.

Please check http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html for more
information, and update your files.

Please fix these issues and provide a updated tarball.  You can either
attach it to the tracker or use an external hosting and provide a
*direct* download URL.
