Follow-up Comment #7, task #10653 (project administration):

Hi,

There are still a good number of files without license header: e.g.
doc/user_guide.rst, db/init.sql. I just posted a few examples; please review
all of your files and insert the required headers. (For documentation files we
recommend inserting instead a "license footer" at the end of the file.)

Also, there are binary files which are not documented anywhere: all the SVG
in doc/ for instance. You have to list all of them (or at least reference all
of the places where they reside, such as "all SVG diagram files in doc/") in a
README or similar. It should be more prominent than doc/license.lst.

Keep in mind that anyone should be able to audit this package in a few
minutes, instead of the many hours it is taking us. Think of a GNU/Linux
distribution such as Debian wanting to carry your package: if they don't see
everything clear right from the start they will just skip it. They are
volunteers over there (just as we are) and anything taking too long will not
be done.

Finally, a recommendation: you should place of your source code in an src/
folder or similar, since it would make your directory structure tidier.
