Follow-up Comment #1:

Hi Wilson,

I am reviewing your submission on behalf of Savannah. There are a few minor
issues with it:
* There is not a README file in your project, nor a docs directory. It would
help users and developers to include some documentation.
* The file you uploaded is ended in .tar.gz but in fact it is just an
uncompressed tarball (should be .tar). Not a big issue but I wanted to point
it out; tarballs should be compressed using gzip to maximize Savannah
resources.
* Also, this file contains one directory called viny, when common practice is
to include version number: viny-0.1. Also it contains two directories: media
and viny -- this is mildly confusing.
* I don't know how practical it is to enforce a license such as the CC you
mention; the "non-commercial" part may be too restrictive.

These are just personal opinions; the package as sent is compliant with the
hosting requirements, so I am approving your submission. Have fun!

I've approved your project--welcome on board! :-)

You'll receive a mail notification with further instructions shortly.
