csv2itdb is a command line tool to convert multiple choice tests in CSV
format into the iTest DB format.  The tool helps to migrate large amount of
tests from other formats to iTest DB.  CSV is well known and widespread. 
There are many tools, that can convert a certain format to CSV.  csv2itdb is
the last link in the chain, if one wants to migrate data to iTest DB.  The
program is written in Python.
