August 17th 2010 in GNU Savannah task #10559: "Submission of Neonspider".

Hi Neosiva.

As this submission looks void (No tarball, nonfree license, labeled as
GNU software without being) I'm closing it. If this isn't the case,
please re-submit your project for evaluation, but make sure to read
the Savannah hosting requirements before checking in the box "I agree
with the hosting requirements". These can be found at
https://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php and are linked from
the project registration page.

>You may not edit the software without permission from an official
>Neonspider team member

By imposing restrictions such as this one you deny to the user one of
the rights we think are essential for software (See link to the free
software definition below). We encourage you to release your software
under a free software license such as the GNU General Public License
apart from where you host it.

>Neonspider is a computer group started by Neo Te-Aika (born 1999)
>which aims to create various open-source projects.

Please note we aim to promote free software, free as in freedom
(http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html). We don't support the
open source viewpoint because it misses the point of Free Software:
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/open-source-misses-the-point.html. The
term "Freeware" have no clear accepted definition. If you want to
release free software please label your project as such.

Regards.
