I don't see a problem, what is the issue if there are many or few
project in savannah of a specific programmming language?.

I don't understand at all what you mean by "about certain functions"
and "about a certain look of function", but anyway, the other projects
in savannah don't affects you, nor any other mantainer, or do they?

this, and enable us to see all your responses on the same site
(https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?10183).  Remember to avoid (At least
inside savannah) calling Linux as an OS, Linux is the kernel often
used with GNU operating system, instead of Hurd, we call that mix the
GNU/Linux operating system.
