November 16th in GNU Savannah item 9913: "Submission of The Mneme

Read carefully: "For each (sub)directory than contains images put a
README file who _must state the Copyright info for all files in that
directory_.".

You only added the Copyright and Licence notices, but you still need
to enumerate the files, put something like this (With the appropiate
Copyright holders, Copyright years and file names):

a.jpg (Very General description) is Copyright (C) 2009 Eric Chadbourne
b.png (Very General description) is Copyright (C) 2009 Eric Chadbourne
c.ppm (Very General description) is Copyrigth (C) 2005 Juan Perez

a.jpg, b.png and c.ppm are part of The Mneme Project
