Hi Sylvain,

I reviewed this one -- some copyright notices are missing (configure,
Makefile.in, etc.) but these files are mostly short and trivial.  I'm
not sure if this requirement is absolutely firm.

It seems that this is a very old release (and relevantly old GNU
package).  I also don't know if it is desirable to advise the
maintainer to upgrade to GPLv3 -- I know Karl tracks these issues
separately and contacts the maintainers accordingly.
