Sorry for delay.

Yes, I mean that your program should run in a free operating system using a
free BASIC interpreter.  Also, it should actually work (the COMn vs /dev/ttySn
issue I've mentioned earlier).

I'm afraid we cannot accept your project if you don't confirm it works in
some free operating system.  However, it doesn't has to be exactly FreeDOS,
you can try to find some other system that will fit your program
requirements.
