Chestnut is a family of statistics, data mining, machine learning, and
numerical toolkits for the Python/numpy environment. When Chestnut
functionality overlaps with MATLAB, a MATLAB-like Python API will be provided
to enable easy migration to a free environment. Low-level implementations will
be in C or C++ for speed.
