Hi,

I just read in this Wikipedia entry:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISC_licence
that "Before accepting the licence as a free software licence, the
Free Software Foundation (FSF) asked for clarification of the text. As
a result, in July 2007 the first instance of the word and in the first
sentence was changed to and/or."

Can you tell me if the license, when it uses "and" instead of "and/or":
- is free software
- is compatible with the GNU GPL?

There's no information about OpenBSD or ISC license at the
license-list web page.

I have a Savannah project submission that uses the "and" version and
does not wish to change, hence why I ask. Maybe this is nothing, but
now I'm unsure.

For reference, here's the license:
Copyright (c) 2007,2008 Daniel Adler <address@hidden>,

Thanks!
