Here is proposed follow-up:

I'm evaluating your project for inclusion into Savannah.  While doing
so I've discovered a few problems:

1. The package you have provided is missing a copy of GNU GPL.

2. All of the source files are missing copyright and license notices.

3. There is a file in the directory doc/samples/xhtml-sample named
`hierarchy.kdi'.  I'm a bit puzzled by that, since it's format is not
recognized by my system and I'm unable to find something about such
file format on the web.  Would you please explain that file purpose?
