==== Description: ====
The project is a single sorting algorithm partly based on Bead Sort. I named
this project Ladder Sort, it sorts an array by changing it into a purely
numeric form. It's not a comparision sort.
The URL  has just a .tar.gz file that contains a html file (and the images it
uses) the html file has a complete explanation about how Ladder Sort works and
the pseudo-code (both explanation and pseudo-code are first in English and
then in Brazilian Portuguese).
The URL is http://www.mybloop.com/andrius/SALGOR/LSORT.tar.gz
I chose licensing it as GPL and GFDL (GPL for the pseudo-code and GNU Free
Document License for the entire html page, including a copy of GPL and GFDL at
the ending of the html page). There's no real code yet, just a pseudo-code.

In some languages it will depend of mathematic libraries (such as math.h in C
language)

I don't whether I can use both GPL and GFDL in the same document since it's a
pseudo-code with its "documentation"
