This is in progress @licensing.

Besides brackets, Brett doesn't like the "including the right to grant others
rights to distribute at any tier". Indeed, if this right is explicitly
granted, it sounds like the license doesn't give other freedom to tiers (eg
you have the rights but the version to redistribute to others don't have the
same rights, preventing releasing modified versions) - or something like that,
INAL.

I also precised that the license could not be changed at first glance,
because you don't own the copyright, and because the copyright holder is
currently unreachable.
