SCC: simplfied c++ languge paser, this is a program language paser , the
languge it use is very like c++ ,  infact , it's part of c++.  It is safe to 
be used at server side page like java or php , but  the runable code genrated
from it is excuteble binary code, so it can be more efficent.

The ability of scc depands on the library it can use ,  large number of c++
library can be changed into scc library easily.
    
Currently , it is designed to be use in server side  page , it can be used at
some where else.

The aim of it is to provide an esay learn , easy use , stable and safe tool
to write program that can be compiled to run directly, simple ,safe  and
efficent .

now the progran is testing and changing , I can only support the 
complete source code to run , but the design part I won't offer now.
