I would add two things in this review:

- The project uses the old FSF address (see sv-problem-fsf-address)

- The project is currently hosted at SourceForge and needs to clarify
  how he plans to use Savannah (namely, we don't want to be just a
  mirror - see sv-problem-sfnet).
