IMO this should not classify as priority -- translation of the essays is much
more important.  Of course, you are welcome to translate that page, but you
should keep the license text intact (in English, that is).  All translations
of GNU licenses are unofficial and we don't host them at gnu.org.  See
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/translations.html.
