==== Description: ====
ProxyManager ( i still hope to find a more sexy name) is little program
designed to set ALL proxy configuration right on your linux distro ( could
probably work on Mac OS X or Windows, but for the moment it aims at Linux). 

The idea is to handle any kind of proxy configuration from your distro (kde
or gnome settings, browser settings, gaim settings, etc...etc...)

I wish to release it under GPL ( V.2 , but i'll probably switch to V3 when
it'll be released).

==== Other Software Required: ====
The app is written in Java but does not use any Swing class. It's 
dependancies are JDom ( described as an "Apache-style" licensed project on
the jdom website) and the log4j logger ( Apache Licence 2.0). It used maven 2
as a build tools ( maven is also under Apache 2).

The project use a maven 2 plugin to build site and documentation from xdoc
files. At last, jUnit 3.x is used to unit test the code, which is released
under Common Public License Version 1.0.

Last be not the least, its compiled with the jdk5/6, and both has been
released recently under GPL.
