Sorry about this. Attached is a new archive with the fixes you stated.

I am ok with using the GPL v2 and later.

> Thirdly, there is a license missing for the binary files (ie. pictures,
etc.) in your tarball.
I added a GRAPHICS file.

> Please include a verbatim copy of the LGPL in the tiny_mce subdirectory.
I created a COPYING file.
