Hello,

There are 2 issues :)

1°/ The license file you provide us is truncated (admin/menu/COPYING)and we
cannot accept this. That's why I ask you to update it. You must have a
COPYING file at the top directory of your project. You can get it at 
<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt>

2°/ Your sources files must contain a notice at the beginning.

Here is an example of a notice:

under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free
