Description:

  This is a small program that uses php to edit a xml document. It alows for
users to update and edit xml documents such as rss feeds without needing to
have ftp access to the server. This just loads the xml docucment into php.
You can edit the file all you like and then just hit submit. Some odd
characters that don't play nice with xml are edited to there ascii code at
this point so the rss feed or the xml page is not broken. This is a great
tool for rss or xml supported websites.
