  Several people have agreed to help collaborate on maintaining a project
list for the GNU Project's involvement in Google's Summer Of Code.  They need
a shared workspace for maintaining that list (the Summer Of Code site requires
that we provide one URL).

We can't use the existing help-wanted lists because they don't easily break
down into two-month tasks for existing projects which have obvious mentor
candidates.

  This project will need to maintain HTML pages, most likely on www.gnu.org
(somewhere), but will not have any source code as such.  The main purpose of
making this a Savannah project is to allow the list to be modified by a group
of volunteers rather than relying on one person.
