Follow-up Comment #3, task #5369 (project administration):

Hi,

Your COPYING file must include a complete verbatim copy of the license, which
may be found at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt. This is needed in order
to release your project properly and unambiguously under the GNU GPL. For the
binary files, your README files in those directories are fine. 

Also, some of your source files in the (kbfxconfigapp subdirectory) are still
missing license notices and permission to copy notices. The notices that do
exist have the wrong FSF address.

Please update or add those notices and your COPYING file and then provide us
with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.
