Hello.
You shouldn't give up developing free software als for Windows(tm), but it
should run primary on Free Operating Systems - and without any emulation.
So I think we can give it up here. :-/
But at last, you can use OpenGL of course in free software project. But you
cannot *link* against OpenGL while releasing your files under the GNU GPL -
think of the "derivative" work statement in the GPL.
Because of your "But i didn't port all code from DX to
Free-Library."--statement I drop your request here.
Feel free to re-register if you become someday free (like in freedom).
