Well, you'd have to use `tla' to access it:

  $ tla register-archive http://www.laas.fr/software/~lcourtes/arch-2005/
  $ tla get address@hidden/gnu-eo--tradukado--0 gnu-eo

Otherwise, you can fetch
http://www.laas.fr/~lcourtes/software/arch-2005/gnu-eo/gnu-eo--tradukado/gnu-eo--tradukado--0/patch-3/gnu-eo--tradukado--0--patch-3.tar.gz

and look at the `.src' files there -- they actually contain simplified HTML.
