Description:

  TeriBBot, which stands for Teri's Bash Bot, is a IRC bot written almost
entirely in bash. The only non bash part of the bot is netcat, which is used
to make the connection to an IRC server (which i also supply in binary form
in the tarball). The current version (as of this request) can be found at
http://www.linuxchics.org/dl/tbb/tbb-0.3.tar.bz2
The bot is operational, but still very rudimentary, I hope to one day have it
rival bots written in what many feel are superior languages. TeriBBot was
origianlly based on thebot (original author shudder <address@hidden> at least
as far as I can tell) and is quickly becoming a completely different bot. For
a little extra security, when a bot admin authenticates with the bot, it uses
crypt'd passwords (which i also provide a crypt binary in the tarball as
well).


Other Software Required:
------------------------
  The only dependancies, other then what should be included with normal
operation system would be netcat, and crypt, but included in the tarball of
the bot are binaries of both applications.
