Description:
------------
The Aurora Project is a new desktop environment for free operating systems
such as GNU/Linux. It's focused on ease of use and configuration and attempts
to provide some eye-candy.
Currently it's based off Microsoft Windows XP, but this will change in the
future. It's features a startmenu with a application menu, recently used list
of apps and some usable tools, and also a notification area, a pager and a
clock.

Currently in development is also a desktop manager and a library (Alib), and
planned features are a file manager which will hide the inner workings of the
operating system from the novice user (that is, only displaying the home
directory, media mount points and other selected directories), a OSX
look-alike control panel, a image viewer and a media player.

Other Software Required:
------------------------
  primary: gtkmm, gdkmm, glibmm, linwnck
optional: inotify, dbus, hal
