I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Please update your license notices.

Updates versions of the GPL, LGPL and GFDL can also be found at:

Please update the copy of the license (usually, the 'COPYING' file) in your
package as well.

You have got files that does not have any copyright notices. You should add
this eg. in README and for your PNG-Files (see
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html).
And you had to include a copyright statement for your /doc-Files and for the
translation under /po (GFDL works fine for this, I think), please.

So all in all you need a copy of the GNU GPL in the package, the doc
needs a section with the GFDL.

And last but not least, please tell us another name than "KLinPopup", because
we can not host projects with "Lin" in the name. 
"Linux" is just a kernel of a more complex system that we like to refer to as
GNU/Linux, to emphasize the ideals of the Free Software movement.
