I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

I reviewed your source code and you have the copyright and license
notice missing in all your files, consider to fix this. Remember that
any file with more than ten lines long should carry on a copyright and
license notice, this is pointed here:

To avoid confusions on this point consider to read these URLs too:

On the other hand, you have the 'COPYING' file missing in your
tarball, consider to fix this too. The 'COPYING' must contain a

us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we
