  Autoblog:

It is as GNU/ Linux tool to generate multilingual and self-referenced static
HTML publications using templates, beeing capable of web updating via
rsync+ssh in order to reduce byte consumption.

It is written in Perl, Python and Bash and requires no more than a web
browser (links works) and and a cgi capable local web server. The user writes
and configures the source text through a Python CGI, and that source text is
parsed by a Perl script joining the text to the templates.

Other Comments:

It is in a very early beta phase, even when I'm using it to publish my own
blog. There exists some documentation, but it is still not in Texinfo format.
Also I'll need to comply why the configuration files requirement.
