Hi Peter,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

I reviewed your source code and you have the copyright and license
notice missing in some files, consider to fix this. Remember that any
file with more than ten lines long should carry on a copyright and
license notice, this rules include all kind of files(xpm, .sh,
Makefiles, etc).

In the / of your tarball you have a symlink as the COPYING file, this
must be replaced by a real file(not a symlink) containing a verbatim
copy of the GNU GPL, this is pointed in the GNU GPL Howto here:

To avoid confusions about how to apply a proper copyright and license
