Hi Roger,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

About what it will be your primary platform, can you precise more
about if the primary development of this project will be for GNU/Linux
or Windows? we want to host projects that runs in a primary way on a
free operating system and run in a proprietary system will it be just
something in second place.

Can you provide us with an URL to download your source code? or if you
prefer you can upload it here in this tracker.

We wish to review your source code, even if it is not functional, to
catch potential legal issues early.

For example, to release your program properly under the GPL you must
include a copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements at
the beginning of every file of source code.  This is explained in
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.  Our review would help catch
potential omissions such as these.
