  A GNU/linux gtk2 sofware for stream a webcam with v4l over internet.
Actually support only stream over the http://ww.com/ community.
The futur is to do a plugins system sofware to stream the webcam pic on any
system server (http,ftp,sftp other ...).
Software is written is C.
