I reviewed your source code and you have some little things missing.



As you are going to create a new package with libTMCG you must include

the 'COPYING' file with the verbatim copy of the GNU GPL. 



You cannot use a range of years in your Copyright notice, please fix

this issue. To avoid confusions about the Copyright notice consider to

read this URL:

The last issue it's that you may want to use the License notice for

programs with more than one file, you can check out this point here:

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide

us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we

will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.
